Vehicle & Owner Requirements
- Valid registration and title (or lender authorization if financed or leased)
- Insurance that permits rental use, or enrollment in the protection program offered through the platform
- Vehicle 15 model years old or newer with under 150,000 miles (exceptions reviewed)
- Current Massachusetts inspection sticker (or the equivalent in the vehicle's home state)
- No open safety recalls — we check every VIN before listing
- Clean, mechanically sound vehicle with at least 12 clear photos
How Earnings Work
You set the rental price. After each completed rental, Rental Focus pays you the rental amount minus the platform fee stated in your Owner Listing Agreement. Payouts are sent by direct deposit. Damage claims, tolls and tickets are passed through to the responsible renter under the rental agreement.
