General liability insurance (and garage-keepers coverage for shops holding customer vehicles)
Workers' compensation insurance where required by Massachusetts law
Massachusetts Registered Repair Shop registration for auto repair partners
Movers: Massachusetts DPU household goods license for in-state moves; USDOT number and FMCSA operating authority for interstate moves
Carriers: active USDOT number, FMCSA authority and cargo insurance for interstate freight
Signed Service Provider Agreement and background check for staff who handle customer vehicles
